 Post subject: IDC Beta 2

Yes, guys, I created the second version of my mod 11 days ago. But I cant released in 11 days. But in this mod, all breakable cars are fixed to unbreakable. The IDC beta 2 is great, but cop cars and Panoz GTR-1 are lefted unchanged.
